Shipping
All orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and then shipping out your products.
All orders will receive a tracking information email after dispatched from shipping company. If you have not received this email within the time frame please contact the office to ensure receipt of your order/payment.
We ship according to the address you input during placing the order. The lost due to the wrong address will be on customer side.
Cancellation
Email xxx to cancel your order after you placed it within 12 hours can be refund fully.
20% of the total order cost will be charged as handling fee if you cancel your order within 24 hours after payment.
Order can’t be cancel 24 hours after payment.
Return and Exchange
Quality Issues/ DOA(Dead on Arrival) Issues/ Incorrect Item Received:
xxx.com will be responsible for exchanging or refunding you a full refund or exchange if there is any one of the problem listed above provided you report and file for a RMA number within 30 days of purchase. Please note that you will be required to show photos, video or screen shot of the damage, mal-function or other problems with the defective item. After approving that the product has not been damaged by the buyer, we will send a full refund or exchange for the product upon receiving the returned merchansise. Please contact our customer staff for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which must be labeled and attached to the return package or inside the package. If you feel there is only a small problem with the item and you don’t want to waste time and shipping in returning it, feel free to contact us for a partial refund which we will gladly review and discuss with you. Reimbursement for return shipping fees is available for these conditions, provided that:
• You proof the item(s) is returned by regular mail (the cheapest way) with photos of receipt or tracking number. If the mail service with tracking number costs more, you may choose the one without tracking, Within 48 hours, our customer service team will handle the refund or exchange for you upon receiving the screen shot of your postal receipt. Please note that weight must be written accurately on the return package as well.
• Return shipping fee for quality issues, DOA and incorrect item is less than 30% of the defective item(s) value, and also less than $20 (USD), we will cover the entire return postage (according to the receipt you provided). If the return shipping fee exceeds the limit above, please contact our customer representative to finalize the return authorization.
• Always retain all original packaging and accessories and return the item in its original condition.
In other cases, the shipping cost of returning is on your account.
Customer has to mail the goods to our return address in China. We suggest using the registered mailing service since you will be responsible for any missing or damage during the return shipment.

We will deduct 30% of the total order cost as our restock process fee and the first shipping cost will be deduct as well. The rest payment will be refund to the same PayPal ID or credit card within 2 business days after we have signed the return goods.
All orders must be return in its original package with all the tags on within 3 business days after you signed for it. We reserve the right to refuse all refunds (at our discretion) for the following reasons: if the product(s) have clearly been worn and used... i.e. food stains, perfume smells, tears, rips or other signs of use and abuse that were clearly not on the item(s) when shipped.
If customer needs to exchange goods, the back and forth shipping costs are on customer side.
